Custom and personalized orders
Please give us the baby's name in the box for personalization on the item page. Be sure to read the item description and make note of the usual setup.

We have many different thread and ribbon colors. If you'd like something other than the thread colors shown, please note that on your order or send us a message.

Care instructions
All garments (except holiday, leg warmers, and hand-knit hats) are machine washable & dryable, NO BLEACH. Knitted hats should be hand-washed in cold water and air dried. Air dry leg warmers. Do not air dry other embroidered items.

Each garment has been washed in a baby-safe detergent, after the embroidery and is ready to wear. It is also necessary that we launder many items, prior to the embroidery process so the they won't shrink away from the thread.

Embroidered areas can be pressed with an iron after laundering. Embroidered areas are lined with an iron-on backing to protect baby's fragile skin. If this backing starts to peel away after repeated washings, press the underside of the garment with a hot iron to help it re-adhere.

Order issues

We strive to make each item as perfect as we possibly can, but misunderstandings can occur and mistakes can be made. If your item does not meet or exceed your expectations, please contact the shop, prior to leaving feedback, so we can do anything possible to correct the issue. While we truly want each buyer to be happy, please be sure that your issue isn't the result of you not reading the item info or our posted policies. We are not responsible for the buyer providing incorrect info at checkout.

Mail delivery issues

We can not be responsible for anything that happens with the USPS regarding lost, misdelivered or late mail once it leaves our hands, however, if you have an issue, we will do what we can to work with the USPS for a resolution.
