Rush Orders

We may, or may not, be able to accept rush orders at any given time. If you need an order shipped sooner than the processing time posted at the top of the shop page, PLEASE send us a message through the “contact” link to see if it’s possible, BEFORE placing your order.

Custom and Personalized Orders

Please give as much detail as necessary in the customization info box before adding an item to your cart. If we are provided only three letters for three-letter monograms, please be sure to note which is first, middle and last, if not, the monogram will be stitched in the order in which the letters are given.

We will be happy to change up thread and ribbon colors to create a design just for you!

Care Instructions

All sleepers, bodysuits, pant, hats (except hand knit hats) and leg warmers are fully machine washable. Hand knit hats should be hand-washed in cold water and air dried. Leg warmers are machine washable but should be air dried. The outfits with lace are best washed inside-out, on the gentle cycle. Each garment has been washed prior to embroidery to ensure the embroidery won’t shrink away from the garment and also after the embroider process to ensure a clean garment when it arrives. Embroidered areas can be pressed with a warm iron after laundering. Embroidered sections are lined with a iron-on backing to protect baby’s fragile skin. If this backing starts to peel away after repeated washings, simply press the underside of the garment with a hot iron to help it re-adhere.

We will gladly include a gift message along with the item. Please specify the exact wording at checkout when you place your order. Our packaging is appropriate for gift giving.

Order Issues

We strive to make each item as perfect as we possibly can, but misunderstandings can occur and mistakes can be made. If your item does not meet or exceed your expectations, please contact the shop, prior to leaving feedback, so we can do anything possible to correct the issue. We truly want each customer to be happy!

Mail Delivery Issues

We can not be responsible for anything that happens with the USPS regarding lost, misdelivered or late mail once it leaves our hands.
